Fight takes place in a WWE wrestling ring, each team is stationed in one of the corners. Only one member per team can be inside the ring fighting at a time. At any point, they can go back to their corner, tap one of their teammates and their teammate replaces them in the ring - assuming of course that they're able to extricate themselves from the fight long enough to actually tap one of their teammates. If a fighter gets knocked out, killed or taps out they're eliminated. Once all members of a team are eliminated they're removed from the match. Last team with remaining members wins. Any member who gets thrown out of the ring immediately gets thrown back in by Superman who's roaming outside the ring.

Pure h2h fight. No armor or weapons. Fighters are dressed in spandex wrestling unitards. ALL POWERS ARE REMOVED from the fighters, including any physical enhancements or boosts they might have gotten. Exception is granted to Daredevil who retains his sonar/radar senses to allow him to fight.

Honestly, I would back Team Arrow. Even the human CW characters have been borderline cartoony in recent times. I mean you have feats where Diggle jumps off the top of a skyscrapper, drops several storeys, and then has Dinah use her sonic scream to blast him so that he breaks his fall... on a car... And then gets up, none the worse for wear, and charges into battle. That shit should have killed him like 5 times over.

Danny and Electra(pre-black sky) seem like the odd ones out when comparing pure h2h feats with the rest of the folks here, not sure if Oliver is still in top form but Daisy and May would give anyone on either opposing teams trouble IMO.

Would replacing Elektra with Frank Castle give the Defenders a better chance here?

Well, pre-Black Sky Elektra never really did anything that impressive to be honest. She beat some fodder and that other Chaste assassin Stick sent after her, but that's about it. She did also beat Stick but, based on their Defenders re-match, he was holding back due to personal feelings at the time (in the past, he has said that Matt and Elektra are the closest thing he has to a family). Without her enhancements, Elektra also seemed a step behind Matt and Nobu.
