If they're sloppy, Jack could beat anyone but Superman. But when serious, Diana, Hal and Barry should be fine. He beats Bats, Fish and Borg easily, and loses 10/10 to Kal. The rest are slightly more nebulous, but trending toward 10/10 for all, and no lower than about 8/10 in favor of JLA.
