It's not just Odin's absurdly powerful Worthy enchantment on it, but the Mother Storm residing in the hammer and actively choosing the host.

It should now be a struggle even for someone like Galactus.

Since Odin still can't pick it up, the hammer seems to do what it wants, and even changed the wording on the magic script, its debatable whether the enchantment is effective anymore.

As per the new origin story of a Mjolnir, there is no enchantment

No, Odin put on an enchantment. After he got frustrated trying to weild it, he threw a tantrum and tossed the enchantment on to ensure nobody can use it if he couldn't.

What are you talking about? The hammer was enchanted by Odin at the end after Mjolnir was forged. He placed multiple enchantments on it. The only thing that has changed is that the Mother Storm can come out and influence the hammer.

What if Mjolnir lifts and wields Superman?

Probably an outlier, possibly an enchantment. Regardless, Mephistopheles would often have issues with the Mother Storm alone and Odin is his superior, by a large degree sometimes.
