In Asgard.
No prep for either character.

Guessing Odin, then.

DarkSaint85
Which Amazo?

For example, this one copied half of the Worlogog:

Most versions could copy magic, like Zatanna:

And WW:

In short, Amazo wins.

In an alternate time line, with help of Norn Stones, Loki, a sneak attack and a special Uru body, Ultron became the All-Father off-panel, so it's not impossible that he could win.

98% of the time, Odin blinks him away. 1% he copies his power and its a stalemate (Base 7 power set adds nothing at this level). 1% wins.

98% of the time , who has Odin ever blinked away?

Base Amazo still start with most of the Leagues powerset.

There was like two power copiers. Most come pre programmed.

Power sets built in from the start.

Usually the core group, like Superman, GL, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Flash..

The Morrison power copier was something new. At least for post crisis, I can't really speak for PC showings.

The Worlogog was also obviously a copier of some type.

Pre-Crisis Amazo started as being able to copy only one power, then developed the ability to copy and use multiple at once. He wasn't that impressive though, at one point he was defeated by Aquaman who was much weaker than his post-Crisis version too.

Post-Crisis Amazo is significantly more impressive.

Huh, that's funny considering how over the top powerful Composite Superman was. You'd think Amazo would be in the same tier, once he got to multiple powers.
