That was Frank Cho. Regular Scarlet Witch wears panty hose at best, and full on pants and actual stylish clothes at worst. Either way, she's still gorgeous, and somehow she becomes "classier" and thus sexier when she's not as stripperfied as Zatanna and Black Canary.

As for the battle, Wanda one-shots with a passing thought if serious

Wanda usually doesn't do that. Plus Rath has ALL of Atlantean magic. That's uber.

Cause you need to be a reality warper to beat Wanda.

Scarlet Witch could easily cause King Rath who I know nothing about however to contract a deadly disease.

Rath is already suffering through such a disease.

We go by average showings. Atlantean magic can also warp reality. And Rath has all of ir.
