i wouldnt say that whatsover, vitiate is not that powerful, marka ragnos could stand a good chance to him.

He's literally stated to be supremely strong in the dark side, before his power multiplied tenfold.

ragnos can at least keep up with him, he may lose but he can stand a chance at least. a 40% chance i would say.

It's closer to 0% than 40.

yes, simus can keep himself alive and was a very powerful opponent back then. his enemies were quite powerful as well.
