Can Storm create a hypercaine like the kind that wipe out Dinosaurs and beat Devil Dinosaur.

Ya but Storm just learned how to make her Lighting blast stronger when she was in Outerspace so she should be able to generate a bigger storm than nature with her power and defeat Devil Dinosaur.

Nope. Moon Girl has a pretty thick head.

Devil Dinosaur held his own with a miniturized Godzilla.

Even at dino size, Big G should still be much stronger then your average dinosaur.

Well Storm can call winds by they're names but no one wants to see that happen.
She'd sweep Devil Dinosaur off the planet. Still a great effort by Devil Dinosaur can sure save the day and a lot of super-hero effort.

the dino has some decent durability feats, but storm's lightning alone would kill it, forget about being able to freeze it, or suffocate it, or likely just bring it into the air and just dropping it repeatedly until it dies. and that's without getting exotic. if she flies, the dino can't even touch her.

We'll I think Storm can overcome the icing effect in the atmosphere and just launch people into outerspace fairly easily.
