No super speed for WW. No healing for Hela. No magical bracers or lasso for Diana, her weapons are limited to her sword and shield. No unlimited weapons for Hela, she's limited to 2 swords. Assume all weapons are unbreakable. Fight in a gladiator arena.

Hela is definitely more powerful (Mjolnir crush).
She is highly skilled too. She can definitely contend with Diana.
Diana has better defense due to the shield.

I would say split or slight edge to Hela.

Basically this is a 2 sword vs shield and sword.
