Iger has said already Disney isn't worried... Lachlan Murdoch also said basically the deal is going through..

even if Comcast somehow wins, which is kinda doubtful, The X-Men, FF and others return back to Marvel anyway..

Oh, that's right! I forgot I had read a while back that there's a clause or something that states that the Marvel properties can't be moved from the initial purchasers. Good catch.

Marvel is the bigger offender but honestly they have made the characters different enough to where both can be appreciated.

Earth's Mightiest heroes had some great episodes and was satisfactory imo. Then of course they replaced it with Avengers Assemble...which wasn't near as good.

Even if Comcast does challenge Disney's offer. Disney will just put more money on the table.

Lastly, even if Comcast acquires Fox, there is reason to believe that the rights of the X Men and F4 will go to Disney due to a contract ensurance.

I never understood the appeal of trying to make superhero cartoons into reality shows.

They did the same thing with Hulk and Agents of SMASH and Ultimate Spider-Man.
