Captain hero was Super Skrull in disguise. Same power level, only retooled slightly.

He proved this by knocking Cage all over town like a beanball.

Super Skrull, every single time.

Thing-level strength and durability allows him to hit harder than Iron Fist while tanking the latter's attacks. Mr. Fantastic's elasticity give him a serious reach advantage, increased evasiveness, and the ability to absorb all but Iron Fist's most powerful attacks.
