Well Routh Superman is technically a continuation of Reeves so Routhman wins.

Returns is Reeves Superman. He wins.

Damn that's a tough one but...I'd say Superman Returns is shittier. They had Supes legit stalking Lois in that at one point. And the main villain is Lex Luthor and...islands lol. At least JL had some cool action.

As for the fight. JL Superman is way way faster and his HV is more powerful. However, Routhman lifted up an island and flew it into space all while weakened by kryptonite.

Jl Superman wins.
