So was Ultron. And Cap still gave a good fight. The difference is Ultron is undestructible (made of Vibranium) while Cyborg is half human still and not a good fighter.

Caps fight with Ultron was chalk full of PIS though wasn't it?

And Cyborg isn't that much OP to be honest. He is inexperienced.

Yeah, but he has energy blasts and is far stronger and can fly. He doesn't need to be a good fighter, he just needs one good solid hit.

Stronger than Ultron!? I doubt so. Ultron was easily manhandling Thor.

The Energy blasts would be useless against Cap's shield!

Also, Cap did good against Tony, whose armor>Cyborg.

One punch from Cap to Cyborg's face and the dude will K.O.

Cap could go toe to toe with Tony and has done so many push ups that he is now equal to one of thanos's arms (Which are stronger than hulk's). I think it's fair to say he can take cyborg.

Cap did not fight final form, vibranium-cocktail Ultron. He fought a weaker version, just like Iron Man did. At that point, Ultron's aim had still been to put his mind inside of Vision's body, so he had yet to use the leftover vibranium to craft the final form we see. He only builds that after having taken Black Widow captive.

You mean a less durable version. Cause Vibranium Ultron is just that....made of Vibranium.

Doesn't mean he is less powerful or slower.

Physical speed, blast power, and the strength of his weird techno-tk would likely stay similar, as it would be the same tech stuck in a new body.

However, he was physically larger (you can see in the clip I posted, and Tony still mocked him by calling him "puffy" IIRC), which means greater reach, and, by virtue of being much more durable, can exert considerably more force without damaging his own body (or, in other words, his body would limit his strength less), which means he was likely notably stronger as well.

Movie Cap is op as ****. He's gotten stronger in every single film. It's kinda hilarious. That being said Cyborg SHOULD win. Hard to say though after Cap went toe to toe with Thanos and didn't get absolutely annihilated.

I remember when Cap vs. Ozymandias was relatively arguable (I backed Cap even then). Now? Only h1 defends Adrian against Steve.

He does his push ups. The initial serum upgrade might of been a freebee, but I think it's safe to say he earned the rest of his power.

And yet what does that matter? Cyborg ain't made of Vibranium and is <<<<<<<< Ultron and Iron Man.

Only because of the h2h skill and speed advantage.
I give Cap the strength and durability advantage though.

I just feel that Cap wouldn't land any hits on Ozy (or at best one or two).
Otherwise, I would go with Cap.

I don’t have to. The bullet feat automatically gives him those perception speeds.

Ozy had time to prepare and knew exactly when the gun was going to be fired and where it waz aimed. He won't have any of those advantages in a fight.

But if it makes you feel better, everyone will agree that he can block one attack during a fight if his opponent gives him advanced notice of when and where the attack is coming from.

What Ozy did was no different to Bucky blocking bullets with his metal arm.

We never see Ozy actually catch the bullet at super speed. We just see the bullet stuck to his glove IIRC.

Well, since I BZ-challenged h1 for Cap vs Ozy several months ago and he stopped posting after I did, I think we can all agree that even he is not convinced of his own statements.

Cap wins. Cyborg is a joke like the dceu.
