From what I know, Chrollo probably takes this pretty handily.

Sensui takes this. He has an overwhelming fire power advantage as well as attack coverage here. He could solo HxH with his Sei Ko Ki. The shockwave of his punches with his Sei Ko Ki armor can destroy mesas casually.
