It's hard to tell with the angle, plus he's hunched over versus Obi-Wan.

The different heights are probably inconsistent measurements of Ian online.

I knew Grievous was taller than Vader at his full height but he still didn't look that much taller when they fought on the landing platform. Again, Grievous wasn't standing up completely but still.

Grievous is canonically just 4 inches taller than Vader(7'1 compared to 6'8.) So I don't think the OP pic is quite to scale...

It's meant to be to scale.

Vader is 6'7.5 feet and GG is 7'4 in that pic.

He seems a little large.
