Thanos has no Infinity Stones but assume he's as strong as he was when he fought Hulk. Thor is at full power as he was at the end of Ragnarok. No weapons or armor for both. Fight takes place in the fields of Wakanda.

- Smarter
- Better fighter

Thanos destroys him.
