Disagree -- IF the Flash character on this team has the ability to speed steal.

If he does, even though the decision might come only after a long engagement, he'll leave the rampaging, he's-leaving-me-with-no-alternative-Juggernaut as a harmless living statue.

The genius of it is that it need not actually stop him; just slow him down to the point that hardly anyone would ever notice the difference.

Their only chance would be Raven BFRing him or Kid Flash dumping him into the speed force or maybe stealing his kinetic energy and turning him into a statue. But with BFR off two of those things are not an option. Has Bart Allen ever used speed steal?

Has he ever used a mirror? That costume...

Speed steal will not work on juggernaut. Juggernaut for the win.
