Round 2-4 Riddick has a pair of combat knives
Round 2: May has a titanium baseball bat
Round 3: May gets a pair of hammers
Round 4: May gets a sword
Bonus round: Same as above but Riddick gets feats from the animated shorts, video games and comics. May gets feats from the MCU comics

I'd lean towards Riddick, rounds 1 to 3. May might take 4, though I would still be inclined to give a weapons match majority to Riddick there as well. Should be great fights all round though. May has enough feats of hanging with superhumans to suggest she won't go down easily.

As to the final round... There is a very good chance that you are the only person on this entire site who has consumed all the supplementary material about both Riddick and May.
