This is only strength wise. who is stronger? the look alike, have the same build. they have similar strength feats. who is stronger?

They dont look alike AT ALL.

In their last confrontation, Omega Red seemed to be more dominant, but that may have just been due to his powers. Hard to say which one is actually stronger without using more than their innate abilities from my standpoint.
