This would actually be an interesting fight at this point. Cage showed that he can more than contend with very fast, agile opponents, considering Bushmaster could capoeira his way around multiple guys firing at him, pointblank, and flat-out dodge a bullet while on the amped shot of Nightshade. And he is a more skilled (and far more ruthless) fighter than Peter is.

That being said, Peter should win, assuming PIS is off. However, I could genuinely see him losing an in-universe fight, based on his track record and how much the MCU seems to be hyping Luke into being Harlem's equivalent of Captain America lol (they even have him basically rip off Cap's Civil War car kick feat at one point). There is even an in-universe app made for Luke fanboys to keep track of him.

I'd argue that Luke is more durable than he is strong at this point but given Luke's substantial h2h upgrade in season 2 and MCU Spiderman's track record, an actual fight could be had.

Granted Iron Spider should win but Spiderma' still a tad too green to make it a decisive victory

Luke is absurdly durable at this point, especially now that we can completely throw out pre-second dip low-ends, like the shotgun from JJ s1, as we know he is canonically more durable than he was back then.

I mean, as things stand, the only things to really hurt him at all are:
- Bushmaster, who was able to hurt him (but could smash his way through what was essentially a bunker door via brute force), and generally needed tricks (surprise attacks, paralysis powder, amped shot to double his abilities) to win.
- Some mild residual discomfort from an Iron Fist right to the jaw.
- And briefly having a mild shoulder dis-location after taking a pointblank shot from an "exotic" 6-barreled shotgun directly to that shoulder (which, based on what we are shown and told, is from the same high-grade weapons manufacturer as the Judas rifles/bullets) which sent him flying through a window and to the street below, where he pancaked are car on impact. I mean if Peter took that same shot while wearing just street clothes, his shoulder would have been in far worse condition. Remember, Luke can shoulder block SUVs and stonewall Iron Fist punches without hurting himself, so it gives you an idea of how hard that shot was. Pete could likely handle the force, but the bullets would shred him.
- Stick's weird ass mystical smoke poison, which weakened him enough that Black Sky Elektra could KO him (a feat she never comes close to replicating at any other point).

Literally nothing else has caused any kind of lasting damage. And considering everything he has been hit with, that is saying something.
