Has anyone heard of this happening before???

I don't see why not. It'd probably take a high level jedi to wave one off though instead of causing permanent cock damage.

You could probably do a lot better. "jerking off" works by overloading sensitive nerve endings. The force can not only influence bodily functions (malacia, alter self powers) and influence mental processes (telepathy), but also hurt or help you down to your very soul, far beyond what your physical body could ever bring.
So I guess that means that Jedi could put themselves in a constant state of the most powerful ecstasy conceivable by consiousness, and beyond bodily feelings. And Sith could probably influence their body to create a rush of chemicals/hormones to create the most alert, happy, blissful a human body (or if their biology is different, then whatever that entails) can experience.

TL;DR They can give themselves super orgasms without having to jerk off.

Also, I just thought about this, but the dark side is powered by negative emotions, and so any positive feeling would reduce the connection to the dark side. So I guess if someone were to emmerse themselves in the dark side as much as the sith do, they'd probably lose all sexual feeling. They might still feel the "addiction" part of it, but not the good part, I guess.
