Close, I'm leaning towards Blue Marvel against classic Nefaria and Nefaria ionic vamp version if fully powered against BM.

be interesting to see if bm could mess with his ionic energy. if not, i'd say nefaria beats him.

Ionic energy from what I recall. He has control over ionically <--(Not a real word lol) charged beings. Blue Marvel beats him, just like Anti-Man would beat him.

BM was playing "Odd Couple" with the Watcher for too long.
He needs to hit the gym, get a haircut, lose that belly (evidently his wife, the Watcher, is a good cook) and do a few publicity adventures with clowns like Hulk, Wolverine or Sentry. Maybe a buddy-story with Thanos.
That way, he can start building some street cred.

Count Nefaria destroys him.
