I checked, and there are indeed media outlets treating this like a real controversy.
Now apply this to politics.
I'm not saying the anger is fake (Although it may be), or that the issues are fake. All I'm saying, is the media has an interest in getting people to follow their stuff. Anger does this.
Who can say where the anger is organic, or where it is "manufactred"? It's essentially impossible.
But if we ever did come to terms, you just know everything we read, see, or hear would do everything in it's power to make us believe we were still in a cold war. And how would we know any different?
