America should be able to beat the life out of SS.

going at ss physically is not likely to get it done. with reed's elasticity and his ability to use powers as well or better, ss should be able to weather any physical attack--especially with shields. speed is LARGELY in favor of chavez though, so maybe a blitz could work. if not, she can bfr for an auto win every time, but i don't see her having any alternatives otherwise. blitz (maybe) or bfr. if she makes it a prolonged fight and doesn't bfr, ss would end her via nova heat or ff to the brain. /shrug

Since she's in slow motion, let's assume that she's somewhere between 1/5th and 1/10th of the speed of light. That would make her the speed lightning itself moves.

She generally seems like a Luke Cage who can fly and create portals, but then suddenly she's Quicksilver-level.

still not sure how many appearances she has built up tbh, so not sure how much of an outlier that feat is.
