Only thing I can find on her is wiki's, which place her at one ton, and say she can control insects.

Sure you're not thinking of Bride of Nine Spiders? I know she transformed into a giant spider during Spider-Island.

If not, Spider Queen and Bride of Nine Spiders need to meet.
