Pretty sure it was a plain whistle, regardless, that was a weakness that Bruce exploited, not a power.

Gotta go with Cat Woman on this. Harley has better damage soak, and is stronger, but Selena's skill surpasses Harley's by a decent amount in terms of being the more agile out of the two.
