Dooku. He's just better all around

Dooku for the majority. He strikes me as having the advantage due to his precision and blade manipulation. That and his ability to exploit Kenobi's vulnerabilities and use force based attacks on him during those instances can put him ahead here. Kenobi wins if the fight drags on though.
