With prep I can see a stalemate or even victory for BP but without? Not a chance. Except if Vibranium reacts the same way as Admantium with GH flames.

Well, if Panther actually had prep, he who would wreck Rider, like he did to Mephisto, his prep allowed him to create tech which messes with magic, making users of that powerless for certain time.

But on regular battle, he gets slaughtered here.
