The twist: He fights smart.

I'll post a character, and a way Bats wins. Then the next person in line can either pick it apart, or agree, and post another character for consideration.

Since it's my thread, I'll start:

Bane, with Venom.

Batman easily wins with:

His Batmobile. Lasers, tasers, ect.

His anti Deathstroke kit. Those power gauntlets would crack his skull open.

The "Warsuit" in Court of Owls.

Gas.

Trancs.

A batrope.

I mean he wears a gas mask when he knows he's going in against Scarecrow.

And Slade claimed those things nearly killed him. Batman certainly wasn't "trying" to kill him, but that proves they should be up to the task of putting down Bane, even on Venom.
