This is a weird match. Cyborg should be on a higher power level than her. And yet, he did almost sweet phuck all of note in Justice League, where combat was concerned. Plus, with morals off and Hope with grow/shrink tech, she could give him serious problems if she gets creative.

Though, before anyone mentions it, I am not convinced the "shrink, fly inside their ear and expand" trick that people like to throw out in these situations would necessarily work. We'd need to know their comparative durability (which I would edge to Cyborg). Because if Hope tries to expand inside something she is less durable than, it could end horribly for her.
