death metal? dm slaughters carnage unless something weird happens. not sure how the symbiote would interact with a cyborg. in general there is nothing carnage could do to even bother dm imo, let alone hurt him. dm was beastly in his few appearances. def in the herald category. also has some weird magic at his base iirc.
