Teen Jean solos Gen13.

BUT, because I like the Gen13 kids, I'll ignore her for a moment.

Fairchild/Beast: Beast can dance around, but the last Wildstorm incarnation of Caitlyn was bullet time in reflexes so, she can definitely catch him. I don't see him competing with her for too long physically. He does have the magic he's learning, but it's not super developed.

Burnout/Iceman: Battle of the Bobby's. Teen Iceman has definitely shown vulnerability to heat, so he legit might have trouble against Burnout. Burnout is more mobile too.

Freefall/Angel: Even with the vague Black Vortex upgrade, Angel's main schtick is flight. Roxanne can definitely ground him.

Rainmaker/Cyclops: Sarah is more versatile obviously, being a mini Storm. Cyclops might beat her to a quick draw though.

Grunge is the odd man out. He'd likely beat beast, but lose to the ranged folks.

Gen13 has good odds, but so do the Teen X-Men. Freefall would be a big asset for the Gen13 folks. Until Teen Jean enters anyway, then she nullifies all that.
