Not a standard rumble, but to a third-party-regular-person observer, TP aside, would these two appear to have the same power? Who has the higher upper limit - in terms of attacks and defence? Who can levitate more people? People make the argument that Sue can create a bubble inside a person's brain; can Jean do something similar with a TK bubble? Who's the quicker draw?
