Saw a few scans of him. He's a walking plot device, right? Can he spam sonics?

Well, one version pulled out a Kryptonite gun in his debut. Don't recall if he ever pulled sonics before, but considering he's pulled out sci if like laser guns and such, I don't see why he couldn't.
