Oh damn that's tough... real tough. I'd say only one, but it would probably take a long time

They went and nerfed current Red Hood a little bit. I still might go with him. But I could see Cap winning too. It's a tossup for me.

Old School Red Hood with all his tech and guns wins imo.

Pretty much. I'd say it's a split, though. Red Hood with armor, All-Blades, etc... can definitely keep up with Cap.

He had so many weapons with the armor too, not just protection. He had that area shock wave thing that took out like six people at once. And they just robbed him of all the stuff that made him unique.

And they don't really do much with the All-Caste training either.
