Base Gogeta from the new Broly movie.

According to the spoilers I've seen so far, base Gogeta massively outperforms SSB Goku + SSB Vegeta against Broly.

...But I wouldn't say that's enough to put him over Jiren, given that Jiren was easily tooling SSB/KKx20 Goku + SSBE Vegeta like they were fodder.
