We hear rightists constantly complain about how open borders cannot be (as if it is really that much of a black and white issue) when it comes to Latin-American migration, but they're not nearly as vocal when any educated person brings up the fact that the US destabilized the region throughout the twentieth century with their banana republics, CIA starting civil wars in the name of containment policies against socialism, assassinations, etc.

So the people are trying to flee the violence and instability started by the Trumptard's political party all those years ago, but of course it is hard to grasp this if all you have a GED and a minimum-wage laborer job.

Trumptard's regime limiting asylum requests is not going to stop the influx of migrants. Neither will building a stupid wall.

I'd personally like to see the US play a more involved role in rebuilding these countries instead of handing over hush money to corrupt puppet governments for the next president to take office. Only then will the migrations cease.

It's unfortunate Americans are willing to pay such a high price for their drugs, otherwise maybe they'd have to.

Sounds like the Cartels OWE US something then.

What percentage of Latin Americans do you believe are genuine criminals?

And the behavior of organized criminals is relatable to that of your average citizen trying to make it by in what way?
