Which of these characters can match Anti Monitor destroying and absorbing the anti matter universe.

The anti matter universe was almost as big as the entire multiverse at that point as it grew bigger with every universe Anti Monitor destroyed.

Hulk after his Onslaught fight had an entire universe coursing through this body.

I can only see Tribunal succeeding with the ft.

As per destruction, i think LT can do it. Not sure about the absorbing though.

LT may not be able to do it himself tbh. I don't recall him ever operating at multiversal levels, and he was curbstomped by the Ivory Kings more recently, so unless anyone wants to claim that the AM feat was a space cheese feat, I can't see anyone other than the One Above All matching or surpassing it.
