He got blindsided and stabbed by her after being focused on someone else. Not exactly a fair fight. He had Cap pinned to the ground and seemingly helpless during the final battle, who had to be saved by Vision, who stabbed Corvus through the back in a very similar manner to how Corvus stabbed him during their first encounter.

That being said, I doubt Steve would fare any better against Arthur under those circumstances. In fact, it would probably be very similar. Steve makes a bit of a fight of it via skill, but then goes down due to the stat difference.

Melee weapons would make it interesting, but H2H only? Arthur grabs Glaive and slams him against the ground until he's mashed potatoes.
