Round 1: Wrestling only. No armor, no gear, no clothes, and it's raining outside in a 1 foot tall shallow lake. No other powers allowed.

Round 2: Thumb wrestling. Best 3 out of 5 wins.

Round 3: Arm wrestling. Takes place on an indestructible table in the Watchtower, designed for Superman and Captain Marvel

Round 4: Boxing. Takes place in a boxing ring in the training room. Typical boxing rules apply, with gloves made for people of their strength and might. Powers besides physicals is restricted.

Round 5: Tongue wrestling: Best 3 out of 5

Round 6: All-out fight. Wins with KO or submission.

Round 7: Eating contest (hotdogs). Last one standing wins

Btw, a composite OPM would lose to the Narutoverse

I already did, people didn't get the jokes...
