Bale i'd say. He is a better fighter, not to mention that he has better tech.

Coulson isn't the best fighter in AoS, but he still fights better than Baleman. Coulson wins in a hard fight.

Should Coulson have a clear sight on Bale then his robo-arm would make matters difficult for Bale.

However, should the fight take place at night on a dark place, Bale's stealth would place him at an advantage.
