Even if you only use the feats from the new Rebirth universe instead of the previous ones, Superman by SCALING is the strongest being on Earth (unless they bring back Captain Marvel/Shazam to his former glory) and by far the most powerful being on the Justice League.
It was shown very clearly in the fight against the Timeless. The Timeless are the countless drones that serve the being known as Tempus. Each of these creatures were completely invulnerable to piercing damage from Wonder Woman's sword or Aquaman's trident, and each were capable of physically shredding through Green Lantern Simon Baz's and Jessica Cruz's combined constructs like it was nothing. To give you an idea of how strong that is, Jessica Cruz as a mere rookie (far below the likes of Hal, and at least below Simon) held up ⅛ the mass of a planet (1.5e23 kg) while only using 38% ring power and while being in the crushing gravity of a supernova ready to explode. Superman, as soon as he had his yellow sun powers brought back by Batman, took on literally HUNDREDS of Robots simultaneously, he was far stronger than anyone in the Justice League to a blatant degree.
In Green Lanterns #55, Rebirth Hal Jordan blocked a blast that was stated to be capable of splitting a moon. His constructs are easily herald tier, and yet when he fought Superman he got oneshotted and fodderized by the Man of Steel who was severely holding back to the point where he thought he gave Hal a concussion and was afraid he could have killed him. Hal was under an illusion that Clark was Parallax, so he wasn't holding back, and Superman still fodderized him. Significantly ABOVE moon busting destructive capacity for Superman.
Rebirth Superman by scaling is almost as physically powerful as Post Crisis Superman, which means he's at least a moon buster which means he can meaningfully hurt someone who has roughly moon/small-planet level durability (since earth level durability is nigh-immune to moon level attacks).
