Toppo was strong enough to match a stronger version of Vegeta than the one that beat the shit out of black.

It would be a similar result here most likely.

That weird hax power that Black has to get stronger may cause issues though. If he whips out the scythe and summons the clones.

Even then though, Toppo could pop his God of Destruction form and hakai him.

In this match, Black is the same before the fusion with Zamasu and Toppo is the same when he fought against Goku in the Zeno Exhibition Match.

Black wins.
