Either their aim is abysmal, or he move really fast for such a big man. My money is on the latter since he so regularly beats on bullet timers.

If Fisk was charging and we could see bullets whizzing past his cheek, ear etc I guess you could suspend disbelief with effort, ymmv. But these enforcers aren't amateurs they're grizzled gunmen and they're shooting into the floor? really?

I'll believe the hype when I see Fisk tank a direct shot to kill to the brain.

He does not have unbreakable skin, his skull is not made of adamantium, he is not protected with an enchantment and he does not have a force field.

But he's always been written as superhumanly durable.
