force should still work on her unimpeded by her phasing.... she's eff'd. she also has variable tp showings, but the majority of the showings depict her as completely (or nearly so) vulnerable to tp--unless something very recent has come up to say otherwise.
vader for a sweep. if she DID get in close she would totally eff up his armor. enough to win? maybe.
