Who wins?

Using just TP charles all day everyday.
If Maxima gets to use her other powers shes likely to win a majority. Xavier will have a hard time mind controlling her when she's playing with the Iron in his blood via ferrokinesis.

She did beat Brainwave Jr.


Because even though he was VASTLY stronger, she was skilled in Almeracian fighting techniques. Skill vs power, essentially.

Shebwas however completely overpowered by a mere aspect of his psychie. A remnant of his father within him in that story. She essentially beat him by psychoanalyzing him in the astral plane and making one part of himself beat the other.

Does Charles have that broken Psyche to affect in this way? NO.

I would also point out that while Bw Knr is on Charles level in TP assault his resistance and defense is comparitively utter crap.lets remember that the reason he went insane and became temorarily evil (and that fight vs Extreme Justice and Maxima occured) was becasue he could not keep from feeling/hearing the thoughts of the many thousands around him.

I'd also add that while he lost of Maxima in EJ he was also simultaineously fighting the rest of the team in the physical world with his mental constructs. So she didnt exactly have his complete focused attention.
