During the second Superman/Spider-man superman destroyed a massive Doom created robot with one punch, the robot was said to be made of an alloy almost as durable as Adamantium which he literally smashed to smithereens, question is could he do that to real Adamantium?

Depends on the size like always. But a Wolverine would get crumpled for example. Carver's delusions embodied by adamantium would bounce Superman to another galaxy.

If Superman can shatter infinite universes, he can shatter any thickness of adamantium. IMO.

Superman wins.
