one piece characters aren't even bullettimers. law got tagged with a blackpowder musket firing subsonic bullets

luffy was too slow to catch a guy running at 200kph

any modern forces with modern firearms, warships and aircrafts are too much for op characters and theyre fodders to carnage, hellsing characters and hollywood

rip van winkle bullets can EASILY INTERCEPT tornadoes, sr71 and missiles flying at mach speeds. the same aircrafts that can just lob off missiles on whitebeard from dozens of kilometers away and are toooo fast for them to even touch

carnage can give sentry and she hulk a helluva of a fiight the same characters who could just throw doflamingo into the exosphere and watch his body explode from decompression no expression

even deadshot, punisher or bullseye would just put a bullet through his pupil as they are uberaccurate and can tag speedsters in the middle of their pupils

considering op characters cannot even bullet time subsonic muskets them they aint dodging arrows and throwing knives even in their dreams no expression

Even if I went to run with the notion of OP characters not being bullet timers, they still are capable to some levels of precognition through haki, haki shields and have super human reflexes. Not a single human character would put a bullet through them.

Doflamingo can mimic light, has devastating city busting attacks and far superior range. He beats them without even exerting himself.
