Sidious needs help to choose between Kylo and Maul to be his new aprentice.

Who does he pick? Why?

Kylo certainly more potential, he is a Skywalker after all. Maul is just fodder in comparison; imagine Anakin before the lava dip and that's what Kylo can be basically

Kylo was trash. The worst person to ever wield a lightsaber.

Maul woulda killed Kylo in seconds in the forest

Maybe now, but I doubt he will be weak in the future.

Kylo has more potential than Maul.

Maul was one of the best ever.
I don't know many who were as skilled as he. I see him beating everyone except yoda, sidious, and mace.

maybe so, but if he was trained by Sidious instead of that crippled **** Snoke he would've been a badass

Kylo due to force potential.

I was thinking based on feats, I mean, both contest for the worst SW villain, at least moviewise.

There is no certainty basing it on that. I mean, thr Jedi recruited Anakin based on his potential and yet he disappointed them.

Samething with Kylo. Snoke confessed that he wasn't what he expected.

Kylo was a massive disappointment I agree. But movie Maul wasn't that great either.

its implied in ROTS that Sidious knew and was OK with Anakin usurping him when he was powerful enough...
