If Mxy can beat Darkseid while dreaming, Manhattan would beat him as well. DC just came up with the term Super Celestial, which is a few tiers up from where Darkseid, Galactus, Anti Monitor, etc sit at. Manhattan sits comfortably at the top of that Super Celestial tier at the moment.
