yup... I like belgian choccy - jean-michel was amazed when I asked him which ones were vegetarian... he just gave me an effronted look and wondered aloud as to what on earth they put in english chocolate...

nah, it just means they don't treat the milk as perfectly as the belgians do - some animal fats get in. as a veggie, i refuse to consume it, which is why i have to check v. carefully!! I've got quite adept at it now - I can look at a list of ingredients about 50 words long and know if its ok for me to have in about 2 secs!

at least it's not american chocolate *shudders* american chocolate has NO taste.
